Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team

Title: Interpersonal relationships and attitudes of a basketball women team Objectives: The main aim of this work is to explore interpersonal relationships in women basketball team and after that giving a feedback to the head coach of this team. The next goal is to briefly outline suggestions for players for improvement in the area of communication, relations and training process. Methods: I used a variety of methods in my thesis, the most relevant of which are the questionnaire methods or for example the sociogram method and interview. Results: The results of my work revealed both positive and negative aspects. The thesis shows that many things can be improved in this team, for example relationships and qualities of each player. On the other hand, many of the relationship connections are mutual and many of the players are aware of her roles in this team.
